When you book your party package with The Funplex, we do everything we can to make things easy on you and memorable for your child. We’re here to help you with any concerns you have.

What is included in my party?
Your party includes Balloons, Online Invitations, Paper Products, your own Personal Party Host, Set-up, Clean-Up, and Online Thank You Cards.
Does the package include invitations?
YES! Once you place your deposit, you’ll get a link to our online invitation service, where you can email or print out invitations and track your guests’ responses all from one easy place!
What can I expect from my Funplex party?
Your guests will explore the unlimited activities for the first 30-45 minutes, with the attractions you’ve scheduled beginning 30 minutes into the party.
From there, your guests will regroup at your table to enjoy food, beverages, and cake. Once your kids are finished eating, they will receive their game credits and can play games and enjoy the unlimited attractions you’ve chosen for the duration of your party.
How long is my party?
Your party is however long you want it to be! You choose the package, you choose how much time you spend at The Funplex! Plus, your table and host are reserved exclusively for you for the first 1 hour and 30 minutes of the party.
When do I need to let you know the final guest count?
Please give us a call 5 days prior to your party to let us know how many people you expect.
That way, your cake will be prepared to exactly the size you need, you’ll be guaranteed adequate table size, and you’ll receive the perfect number of hosts for expert service.
The number of children confirmed when you call is what you pay for, unless the number increases. We also recommend bringing a list of the expected guests so that your host can make your event extra-special for everyone on the day of your party.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There is not a minimum number of guests, however, party package pricing is based off either a 10 or 15 guest event, depending on your chosen party. You qualify for a discount on each additional child after you reach that 10 or 15 person threshold.
How and when do I pay for my party?
You will pay your balance when you arrive at The Funplex for the start of your party. Although we don’t accept personal checks, you may use cash or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover).
My host was excellent. How do I tip him or her?
Your final bill will include a 10% gratuity for your host, but you can always provide an additional tip for exceptional service.
When should we arrive for my party?
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the party start time to greet your guests and speak to your host about any remaining questions or extra needs you have.
Can I bring in any food?
You may bring in a special cake, Kosher items, or other special dietary foods. Although other outside foods are not permitted, you’ll be able to order from our Discounted Food Menu, which includes many of your favorite entrees and snacks. You can reserve any other non-menu items like chips and pretzels by calling ahead at least one week before your big event.
Please inform the Party Office of your needs prior to your party.
